Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XIV, Hamilton Survey District, Waipa County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 16th day of July 1973.

Authorisation of 1973 New Zealand International Trade Fair

Pursuant to the Exhibitions Act 1910, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires,—
   "The Act" means the Exhibitions Act 1910;
   "The promoter" means the New Zealand International Fair Committee and the Auckland Agricultural, Pastoral, and Industrial Shows Board.
   "The exhibition" means a public exhibition of works of industry and art to be conducted by the promoter at the Showgrounds, Auckland, from the 21st day of August 1973 to the 4th day of September 1973 (both inclusive), and to be known as the New Zealand International Trade Fair 1973.
