Crown Land Set Apart for Limited Access Road in Block XV,
Puniu Survey District, Otorohanga County

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1973.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 25.9 perches being part Section 35, Block XV, Puniu Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26360 (S.O. 45618) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of June 1973.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block I of the Kerikeri Survey District and described as follows:

Area Being
3.2544 ha Part Mahimahi C1 Block; as shown edged red (more or less) on M.L. Plan 14870.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of June 1973.

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VII of the Te Mata Survey District and described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
19 3 04 Whenuakura No. 11, being all the land (more or less) contained in certificate of title, Hawke’s Bay, Volume 86, folio 56, and as delineated by Survey Plan M.L. 1022L.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of June 1973.
