IN the matter of the Insolvency Act 1967 and its amendments, and in the matter of the estate of GEORGE ARTHUR LOMAS, late of Thames, now deceased:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 11th day of June 1973, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Auckland electing to administer the above-mentioned estate pursuant to Part 17 of the Insolvency Act 1967, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Thames, on the 9th day of July 1973, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon.

All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts as soon as possible in the manner provided by the Insolvency Act 1967. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

Notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, to construct a street, and for the purpose of such public work the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for street purposes. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land in respect of which the interest above described is so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Planning Department, Auckland City Council, Civic Administration Building, Cook Street, Auckland, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Auckland City Council, Civic Administration Building, Cook Street, Auckland.

If any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL the fee simple estate in that piece of land containing 6.6 perches, more or less, being Lot 17 of the Subdivision of Allotment 4 of Section 37, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 767, folio 271, North Auckland Land Registry. The land is situated at 18 Waverley Street, Auckland.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that is is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke's Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector

otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing will be held.

TAUMARUNUI BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR SERVICE LANE

Notice is hereby given that the Taumarunui Borough Council intends, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, to take lands described in the Schedule hereto for service lane. And notice is further given that a plan showing the parcels of land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Council, Huia Street, Taumarunui, and is there for inspection, without fee, during normal office hours.

Every person affected by the said taking should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or the payment of compensation) and lodge the written objection at the offices of the Taumarunui Borough Council, Huia Street, Taumarunui, within 40 days from the 19th day of June 1973, being the date of the first publication of this notice.

If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector, will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
