CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1973.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Arthur James Ballantyne to Occupy a Site for a Boatshed, Walkway, and Wharf at Thule Bay

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, of the Ministry of Transport, acting under a delegation authorised by the Minister of Transport pursuant to section 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby license and permit Arthur James Ballantyne (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Thule Bay, Paterson Inlet, Stewart Island, as shown on plans marked M.D. 6651 and M.D. 14985 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boatshed, walkway, and wharf as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

The licence of 18 January 1973* is hereby revoked.

Result of Election of Members to the Dental Council of New Zealand

PURSUANT to the Dental Regulations 1964, I, Barrie Thomas Good, the Returning Officer for the purposes of these regulations, hereby give the following notice with respect to the elections of persons to the Dental Council of New Zealand under paragraphs (d) and (e) of section 3 (2) of the Dental Act 1963.

  1. There being only two persons nominated for election by dentists whose registered addresses are in the North Island, I hereby declare the persons nominated, namely, Pat Noakes and David Glendenning Watt, to be elected to the Council for a term of 3 years commencing on the 1st day of July 1973.

Price Order No. 2235 (Insecticides, Herbicides, Acaricides, and Anthelmintic Drenches)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2235 and shall come into force on the 2nd day of July 1973.

  2. (1) Price Order No. 2114*, 2116†, and 2162‡ are hereby revoked.

(2) The revocation of the said orders shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this order.

APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER

  1. This order shall apply to:

(1) All sales of insecticides, herbicides, and acaricides specified in the Schedule to the Department of Agriculture—Agricultural Chemicals Notice (No. Ag. 10487)§ or any amendment thereto, but shall not apply to any insecticide, herbicide, or acaricide packed in a container holding less than 1 gal of liquid or less than 4 lb by weight of solid, unless the insecticide, herbicide, or acaricide is a restricted poison as so declared by regulation 4 of the Poisons Regulations 1964.

(2) All sales of anthelmintic drenches specified in the Schedule to the Notice of Schedule of Animal Remedies on Which Subsidy is Payable (No. 49 Ag. 3620)∥ or any amendment thereto.

FIXING MAXIMUM PRICES OF INSECTICIDES, HERBICIDES, ACARICIDES, AND ANTHELMINTIC DRENCHES

  1. (a) Subject to subclause (c) of this clause, the maximum price that may be charged for any insecticide, herbicide, or acaricide to which this order applies shall be the price at which such goods were sold on 26 June 1969, or, if no sale was made on that date, on the last preceding date on which any such sale was made by the seller subject to the same terms and conditions of sale.
