- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1973, No. 14.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1973, No. 4.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Exemption from Waybill Requirements of a Scrap Metal Dealer Carrying Scrap Metal
Pursuant to section 109A of the Transport Act 1962, the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts from the requirement of that section the carriage of scrap metal in vehicles operated by scrap metal dealers.

Licensing Winstone Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Landing Place at Henderson Creek
Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, of the Ministry of Transport, acting under a delegation authorised by the Minister of Transport pursuant to section 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby license and permit Winstone Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Henderson Creek, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10625 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a landing place as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1973.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
