DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public reserve; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1973.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 1 rood 35 perches situated in Block V, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and being Lot 10, Deeds Plan 49, being Section 28; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26921 (S.O. 17503) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of June 1973.

Land Taken in Connection with Electricity Supply Purposes in the City of Wellington

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and two undivided one-tenth shares in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and one undivided one-fourth share in the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and one undivided sixth share in the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, are hereby taken, together with and subject to the party wall rights created by transfer No. 66809, in connection with electricity supply purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1973.

ALL that piece of land containing 14.6 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part Section 210 of the Town of Wellington, and being also Lots 6 and 7 on Deposited Plan No. 828. Part certificate of title, Volume 444, folio 184, Wellington Land Registry.
