Declaring Portion of a Public Reserve Taken for Street in

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Opotiki from and after the 5th day of February 1973.

All that portion of public reserve containing 1 rood and
15.4 perches situated in the Borough of Opotiki, Gisborne
