Appointment of the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board
to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Rangitikei-Wanganui
Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said
Act, as a reserve for soil conservation and river control
purposes.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block XIV, Whataroa

PURSUANT to section 191b of the Counties Act 1956, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described
in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown
by Westland County Council, pursuant to the said section
191b, and as from the date of this notice the land
shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land
Act 1948.

Notice Declaring Land Owned by the Crown to be Vested
in the Waikato Hospital Board

PURSUANT to section 68 of the Hospitals Act 1957, the
Minister of Health hereby declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be vested in the Waikato Hospital
Board in fee simple for hospital purposes.

This notice is in substitution of the notice dated the 8th day
of February 1973 and published in the Gazette on the
22nd day of February 1973, at page 319, which purported
to vest certain land in the Waikato Hospital Board, and
that notice is hereby consequentially revoked.
