Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for preservation of scenery to a reserve for scientific purposes.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Ngongotaha Mountain Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Ngongotaha Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Rotorua County Council.

Declaration that Reserves Form Part of the Puhinui Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserves for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Puhinui Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal
