Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Westport Borough
Council and the Buller County Council

PURSUANT to the Land 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for aerodrome purposes, and further, pursuant to
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve
in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Westport and the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Buller, in trust, for that purpose.

Describing the Boundaries of the Hokitika Abattoir District
and Specifying the Hokitika Borough Council as the
Controlling Authority of the Abattoir (Notice No. 491
Ag. 20002A)

PURSUANT to section 15 (4) of the Meat Act 1964, notice
is hereby given as follows:

1. The Hokitika Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise
   all that area in the Westland Land District bounded on the
   north by the Arahura River from its source to the Tasman
   Sea; on the south by the Mikonui River from its source to
   the Tasman Sea; and on the west by the Tasman Sea;
   and on the east by the dividing line between Canterbury
   and Westland, including the interior Borough of Hokitika,
   and the Boroughs of Greymouth and Runanga.
2. The Hokitika Borough Council shall continue to be
   the controlling authority of the abattoir.
