May 1973 passed a resolution for voluntary winding up,
and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named
company will accordingly be held at the Lower Hutt City
Corporation's Library Building, Room 1, Queens Drive, Lower
Hutt, on Tuesday, the 5th day of June 1973, at 2.30 o'clock
in the afternoon.

Business:

(1) Consideration of a statement of the position of the
company's affairs and list of creditors.

(2) Nomination of a liquidator.

(3) Appointment of a committee of inspection, if thought
fit.

10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having
an account laid before it showing how the winding up
has been conducted and the property of the company disposed
of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an
account laid before it showing how the winding up has

Every creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead
of him.

which creditors of the company have to prove their claims
or debts, and to establish priority (if any) under section 308

from the benefits of any distribution made before such
claims or debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from
objection to such distribution.
