NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company held on the 15th day
of May 1973, the following extraordinary resolution was
passed by the company, namely:
"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up,
and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
"That Robert James Ross, chartered accountant, of
Tokoroa, is hereby appointed liquidator."
