Land Taken for a Government Centre in the City of Wellington
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Government centre; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1973.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, Wellington R.D.; described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 11.2 Part Section 535, Town of Wellington; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 5.3 Part Section 535, Town of Wellington; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 10 Part Section 534, Town of Wellington; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 5.5 Part Section 534, Town of Wellington; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26722 (S.O. 27904) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of May 1973.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1973.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 2 roods 16 perches situated in Block XIV, Maungataniwha Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Mangamuka West 1B2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26494 (S.O. 47473) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of May 1973.
