PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation from and after the 21st day of May 1973.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a place of recreation or enjoyment for the benefit of the inhabitants of two or more local districts, and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority, subject to the fencing agreements contained in conveyance 394993 (R558/414) and memorandum of transfer number 304200, North Auckland Land Registry, from and after the 21st day of May 1973.
