Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for a Secondary
School in the City of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works act 1928,
the Minister of works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold
estate in the land first described in the schedule hereto,
held from the Whanganui college Board of Trustees by
James Moray Paterson McDonald and Alan Paterson
McDonald, both of Turakina, farmers, under and by virtue
of lease No. 27841, and the leasehold estate in the land
secondly described in the said schedule, held from the
Whanganui College Board of Trustees by Henry Alexander
Dods, of Wanganui, factory manager, under and by virtue
of lease No. 424179, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby
taken for a secondary school from and after the 21st day
of May 1973.
