Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 10) 1973

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 10) 1973.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff heading in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

3. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exemption notice shown in the Second Schedule, is hereby withdrawn.

Approval of Qualified Person for the Purposes of Section 402 of the Companies Act 1955

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Akitio County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Akitio and revokes the reservation for a site for a Roadman's cottage over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve

Change of Purpose of a Reserve and Addition to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for scenic purposes to a reserve for flora and fauna purposes, and further, declares that the said reserve shall, on and after the 1st day of March 1973, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

ISLANDS numbered 3 to 9 known as Marotiri (Chicken) Islands: area, 650 acres and 3 roods (263.3491 hectares), more or less. All deeds index, Volume 2B, folio 141.

Taranga (Hen) Island: area, 1175 acres (475.5056 hectares), more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 2D, folio 326.

Change of Name of the Ohope Beach Domain
