The period of service of Instructor Lieutenant Richard
Gratton Habershon, M.A., on the Emergency List of the
RNZN is terminated with effect from 10 January 1965.

The period of service of Instructor Lieutenant Roger
Clarence Denly on the Emergency List of the RNZN is
terminated with effect from 17 November 1972.

The period of service of Instructor Lieutenant John
Bennett, B.SC., on the Emergency List of the RNZN is
terminated with effect from 18 January 1973.

The period of service of Instructor Lieutenant Kenneth
Samuel Patterson, B.A., on the Emergency List of the RNZN
is terminated with effect from 22 March 1973.

The period of service of Lieutenant Carl Anson on the
Emergency List of the RNZN is terminated with effect from
7 April 1973.

EMERGENCY LIST OF THE ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVAL
VOLUNTEER RESERVE

The period of service of Lieutenant Commander Colin
John Kearney, V.R.D., A.C.A., on the Emergency List of
the RNZNR is terminated with effect from 31 March
1973, and he is placed on the Retired List of the RNZNR
with effect from 1 April 1973.

Appointment of Aide-de-Camp (Additional) to the Queen

HER Majesty the Queen has been pleased to approve the
appointment of Air Commodore S. G. Quill, C.B.E., D.F.C.,
as Aide-de-Camp (Additional) to Her Majesty, with effect
from 19 March 1973, in succession to Air Commodore
J. J. McDowell, on his transfer to the Retired List "A".

Appointment of Additional Judge of the Court of Appeal

PURSUANT to section 58 (1) of the Judicature Act 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint

The Hon. John Charles White,
a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to be an
additional Judge of the Court of Appeal due to absence
of the Right Hon. Alexander Kingcome Turner, such
appointment to take effect on and from the 7th day of
May 1973 and to continue during pleasure.

Appointment of Stipendiary Magistrate

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Magistrate's Court Act 1947,

of Masterton, barrister and solicitor, to be a Stipendiary
Magistrate to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within
New Zealand.
