Defining the Minimum Colour Standard for Red Delicious Apples for Export (Notice No. 412 Ag. 2404)

PURSUANT to section 19 of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971, notice is hereby given that apples of the Red Delicious variety intended by the Apple and Pear Marketing Board to be exported from New Zealand as fancy grade shall have at least 70 percent of the surface of each separate fruit displaying the full characteristic red colour of the variety.

The Road Classification (Hauraki Plains County) Notice No. 1, 1973

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Hauraki Plains County) Notice No. 1, 1973.

  2. The Hauraki Plains County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. The notices dated the 1st day of June 1950 (1), the 2nd day of July 1954 (2), the 6th day of February 1956 (3), which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Kairanga County) Notice No. 1, 1973.

  2. The Kairanga County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the notice dated the 18th day of January 1951† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1973.

  2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.
