Land Taken for Recreation Grounds in the Borough of Henderson

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for recreation grounds and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Henderson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1973.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 17 acres 2 roods 18.4 perches situated in the Borough of Henderson, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 152, D.P. 48499. All certificate of title, Volume 1869, folio 69, North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of April 1973.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1973.
