Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the European land vested in an incorporated body of owners described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of Wiki Kereone, otherwise known as Kopeke Te Wiki, and his descendants, and his sister, Mini Te Wiki, and her descendants.

Relicensing the Carey Fishing Co. Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Slipway in the Floating Basin, Westport Harbour
Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours and Foreshores Section, Ministry of Transport, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Transport pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Carey Fishing Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in the Floating Basin, Westport Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10570 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of May 1973.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2232 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 2189* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This order shall come into force on the 13th day of April 1973.

The principal order is hereby amended by revoking clause 7 of the principal order and substituting the following clause:

Subject to the provisions of this order, the maximum price that may be charged shall be—
(a) For each standard measure of spirits sold in public bars in premises licensed under the Sale of Liquor Act 1962.
