CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice headed “The Heathcote County Council Electricity Supply Licence” dated 19 March 1973, published in New Zealand Gazette of 29 March 1973, No. 26, p. 565, for “Electricity Act 1958” in the final line of paragraph (2) of the conditions, read “Electricity Act 1968”; the lastmentioned year appeared in the original notice signed by the Minister of Electricity.
Land Taken for Street and for Recreation Grounds in the City of Rotorua

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for recreation grounds and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Rotorua as from the date hereinafter-mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April 1973.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 3.2 perches situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka 3H Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26992 (S.O. 46666) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 38.7 perches situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka 3H Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26992 (S.O. 46666) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of April 1973.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block XXII, Waiau Survey District, and described as follows:

169 0 12 Whareraurakau X Block as shown on M.L. Plan 2550.

Declaring Land in Canterbury Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
