Cancellation of a Licence to Erect and Use Electric Lines
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby cancels the licence dated the 25th day of June 1969 authorising Te Araroa Farmers Ltd., general merchants, of Te Araroa, to erect and use certain electric lines (Gazette, 3 July 1969, No. 39, p. 1208).

Licensing A. and G. Price Ltd., of Thames, to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licences A. and G. Price Ltd., of Thames, subject to the following conditions, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
-
This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.

The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (f) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.

This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the expiration of a period of 21 years from the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC lines crossing Burke Street from the licensee’s machine shop to its wagon department, all being situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District; as shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 878 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours for the Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Bridgeway Tavern
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 16 March 1973 made an order that the following hours be fixed for the opening and closing of the Bridgeway Tavern, corner of Hobson Street and Fanshawe Street, Auckland, for sale of liquor to the public:
Opening 7 a.m., Monday to Saturday (inclusive).
Closing 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday (inclusive).

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 18 November 1968, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) commencing at the western boundary of Oamaru Borough and proceeding generally south-westwards to Kakanui River, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of Plan M.O.W. 14848 and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Engineer, Ministry of Works, Oamaru, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 1 State Highway having a width of one chain and fronting Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 231A, shown on sheet 1 of the said plan M.O.W. 14848.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Marlborough County) Notice No. 1, 1973.

The Marlborough County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

So much of the notice dated the 3rd day of July 1950† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours and Foreshores Section, Ministry of Transport, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Transport pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Henley Hotel Holdings on 6 July 1971* to use and occupy a part of the shore and bed of the Taieri River at Henley and assigned to Peter John Sullivan on 9 August 1972† is hereby assigned to Ronald Jame Auger.
