A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Norpac Mining Ltd. under and by virtue of mining licence No. 10702 issued in the Warden’s Court of the Hauraki Mining District at Paeroa on the 6th day of December 1948, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of March 1973.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26070 (S.O. 46667) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and that the easement described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Rotorua as from the date hereinafter-mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of March 1973.

Description of Easement

THE full, free, and uninterrupted right, licence, privilege, and authority at all times hereafter in perpetuity for the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Rotorua (hereinafter called “the Body Corporate”) its successors and assigns, to carry, reticulate, transmit, and convey water under, along, or over the lands described in the Third Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as “the said lands”) and for such purpose from time to time to dig up to any depth and again fill in the soil of the said lands, and to place, insert, lay down, construct, erect, and make in, through, along, over, or under the said lands pipes and conduits or other means of water reticulation, transmission, or supply, of such size as the Body Corporate shall think fit with such manholes, valves, surface boxes and other plant, erections, or appliances appropriate or
