The Tutamoe Cemetery Closing Notice 1973
Pursuant to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister
of Health hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Tutamoe Cemetery
Closing Notice 1973. - It is hereby directed that the Tutamoe Cemetery, being
the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be
closed and burials therein discontinued after the 30th day of
September 1973. - As from the 30th day of September 1973 the control and
management of the closed Tutamoe Cemetery shall vest in
the Hobson County Council.
