The Tutamoe Cemetery Closing Notice 1973

Pursuant to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister
of Health hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Tutamoe Cemetery
   Closing Notice 1973.
2. It is hereby directed that the Tutamoe Cemetery, being
   the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be
   closed and burials therein discontinued after the 30th day of
   September 1973.
3. As from the 30th day of September 1973 the control and
   management of the closed Tutamoe Cemetery shall vest in
   the Hobson County Council.
