The Controlled (Non-Resident) Accounts Notice (No. 2) 1971, Amendment No. 11

PURSUANT to the Exchange Control Regulations 1965, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Controlled (Non- Resident) Accounts Notice (No. 2) 1971, Amendment No. 11, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Controlled (Non-Resident) Accounts Notice (No. 2) 1971* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the 13th day of February 1973.

2. The Third Schedule of the principal notice is hereby amended by inserting the following name:

Van Ede, Theo Australia.

Notice Under Births and Deaths Registration Act 1951

I hereby give notice that the provisions of section 37A of the Births and Deaths Registration Act shall apply to such registry offices as have not previously been gazetted but effective from such dates as shall be fixed by the Registrar-General in respect of each particular registry.

The Standards Act 1965-Draft New Zealand Standard Specification Available for Comment

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated:

DZ 4503/332 Code of practice for the distribution, installation, and maintenance of hand-operated fire fighting equipment for use in buildings. Metric units.

All persons who may be affected by this specification and who desire to comment thereon may, upon application, obtain a copy on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, World Trade Center, 15-23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington 1.
