NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Takapuna City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a service lane and associated works and for the purpose of such public work the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land in respect of which the interest above described is so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Takapuna City Council, Council Chambers, Lake Road, Takapuna 9, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected, who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said interest in the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation), must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL the fee simple estate in those pieces of land containing 0.8 perches and 1.6 perches, more or less, both shown coloured yellow on S.O. 46712, being parts Lot 15, D.P. 636, and being parts of the land in certificate of title, Volume 50, folio 128, North Auckland Registry, situated between Council land and No. 137 Kitchener Road, Milford, Takapuna.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wairoa Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of land for housing and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land hereby required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the Wairoa Borough Council situated in Queen Street, Wairoa, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said land, who have any objections thereto, not being an objection to the amount or paying of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Wairoa Borough Council Chambers.

WELLINGTON REGIONAL WATER BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Wellington Regional Water Board Act 1972, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Regional Water Board duly constituted under the Wellington Regional Water Board Act 1972 proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and of all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute public works, namely, water supply, afforestation, and recreation, and for the general purposes of those public works the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby given that a plan of the land which is required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Wellington Regional Water Board, Second Floor, Dominion Life Building, corner High Street and Margaret Street, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours; and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if he has any objection to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation), send his written objection within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North; and notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made as aforesaid a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and that each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing twenty-seven acres one rood twenty-eight decimal eight perches (27 a 1 r 28.8 p), more or less, situate in Block XIV of the Akatarawa Survey District, and being part Section 299, Hutt District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 9D, folio 406 (Wellington Registry), and being all the land coloured orange on Survey Office Plan No. 27712 deposited at the offices of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, such land being in the vicinity of the Plateau Road, Te Marua, and immediately adjoining certain land vested in the Wellington Regional Water Board by virtue of the Wellington City and Suburban Water Supply Act 1927 (First Schedule clauses 6 and 8) and by virtue of the Wellington Regional Water Board Act 1972.
