(iv) This notice amends the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1973* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”).

2. The principal notice is hereby varied by revoking the Schedule thereto and replacing the same with the following:

National Roads Board—Amending Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to section 331A of the Public Works Act 1928, the National Roads Board hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of November 1973 and published in Gazette, 8 November 1973, No. 102, p. 2311, declaring State highway to be a limited access road (No. 57 State Highway (Levin-Palmerston North)) by deleting the reference to “plan M.O.W. 35383” and substituting therefor the reference “plan M.O.W. 35484”.

National Roads Board—Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

—

PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 21 February 1966, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington), from a point 46.5 chains eastwards from its intersection with Plateau Road to its junction with the Akatarawa Road in Hutt County, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, and 3 of plan M.O.W. 20092 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Trentham, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 2 State Highway having a width of 1 chain fronting Lot 12, D.P. 15263, C.T. 621/57, and that part of Lot 13, D.P. 15263, being 1 chain in length measured along the frontage from its boundary with Lot 12.
