Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as closed the road described in the First Schedule
hereto, and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with
as Crown land under the Land Act 1948; and also hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Taieri.

Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in
Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject
as to the land secondly and thirdly described in the Schedule
hereto, to the drainage easement created by memorandum
of transfer T. 607835, the building-line restriction on part
Lot 8, D.P. 43963, contained in K. 57822, and the fencing
agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 609894,
North Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes
from and after the 17th day of December 1973.
