NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 11th day of October 1973 confirming the reduction of capital resolved in the special resolution passed on 11 September 1973 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 14th day of November 1973. The said minute is as follows:
“That the capital of Cory-Wright and Salmon Ltd. is as follows:
Authorised Capital:
$2,621,820 consisting of 2,617,370 ordinary shares of $1 each and 2,275, 5 percent cumulative preference shares of $2 each having been reduced from $2,700,000 consisting of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of $1 each and 100,000, 5 percent cumulative preference shares of $2 each.
Issued and Paid-up Capital:
$1,071,340 consisting of 1,066,790 fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each and 2,275 fully paid 5 percent cumulative preference shares of $2 each having been reduced from $1,149,520 (being the issued and fully paid capital after the bonus issue of $86,320 resolved to be made on 11 September 1973) consisting of 949,520 fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each and 100,000 fully paid 5 percent cumulative preference shares of $2 each.”

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council, pursuant to the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a recreation ground fronting to State Highway No. 16 at Whenuapai, and for this public work the land in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. A plan of the land so required is deposited in the Council offices at 68–70 Greys Avenue, Auckland 1, and at the District office, Te Atatu, where it is open for inspection during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the proposal who wish to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, shall set forth such objection in writing and send the written objection so as to reach the County Clerk, Waitemata County Council, Greys Avenue, Auckland, within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of any such objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
