Licensing K. L. Garrett to Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Port Robinson
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Kevin Leo Garrett (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Robinson, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14965 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1973.
(3) The hillside behind or near the slipway shall not be dug into or disturbed in any way.
(4) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Mission Point Campers Association (Incorporated) to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Waitetoko, Lake Taupo
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Mission Point Campers Association (Inc.) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Taupo at Waitetoko, as shown on plan marked M.D. 15167 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1973.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
(4) A notice shall be displayed at the ramp indicating that it may be used by the public.

Licensing A. M. Ironside Ltd. to Occupy a Site for an Effluent Outfall at Mangonui Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit A.M. Ironside Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Mangonui Harbour, Northland, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9130 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon an effluent outfall as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 5 years from the 1st day of November 1973.

Assigning the Foreshore Licence for a Slipway at Port Robinson
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give notice that the licence granted to Colin William Wells on 13 May 1970* to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Robinson in Cheviot County is hereby assigned to Edward George Farrow.

Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, hereby approve the Waiheke County Council Foreshore Bylaw 1972 as adopted at a special meeting of the Council held on 16 April 1973 and confirmed by the Council on 21 May 1973.
This bylaw shall come into force on the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
