Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be the Croydon Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Croydon Domain.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waipa County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Waipa County Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Wedderburn Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
