Land Proclaimed as Road in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Waitemata County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 196 square metres situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 14, Parish of Waikomiti; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.O.W. 27500 (S.O. 48687) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon marked B.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mackenzie, also hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the land described in the said Second Schedule and the road described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so taken and closed respectively, be added to the Tekapo Domain described in the Fourth Schedule hereto.
