Revoking in Part a Proclamation Taking Land for Road
and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road
in Block V, Kidnapper Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 1st day of April 1972, and published in Gazette, 27 April 1972, p. 915, taking land for road and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road insofar as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods and 21.5 perches situate in Block V, Kidnapper Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, R.D., and being part Waipuka 3B2 Block; as shown on plan M.O.W. 26145 (S.O. 6192) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of December 1973.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District, Horowhenua County, to be Road
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 28th day of December 1960 and by a further order of the Court dated the 12th day of July 1973, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District, described as follows:

As shown on plan M.O.W. 27528 (L.T. 35063) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Kaimanawa Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
34 1 15 Part Rangipo North 6C, Blocks. II and III; coloured sepia on plan.
0 2 15 Part bed of Waikato River, Block III; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27417 (S.O. 28281) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of November 1973.
