GOODS

  1. Class R

  2. Minimum Loads of New Zealand coal and coal products chargeable at Class R rate will be as follows:

Tonnes 7 Tonnes 9 Tonnes 11½ Tonnes 20

  1. Minimum Charge—Except where otherwise specified, any less quantity than the minimum prescribed will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class E plus 50 percent, whichever is cheaper.

  2. Handling—The department may require all loading or unloading to be performed by the owners. Where any such service is performed by the department charges as provided in section 122 will be made.

  1. Artificial Fertilisers

  2. Wagon loads of artificial fertiliser or manure, and raw materials for manufacture thereof (but excluding liquid fertilisers and manure) will be conveyed at the following rates under the conditions specified.

  3. Minimum Loads:

Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum or in accordance with paragraph 4 hereof.
