“THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the
Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Franklin County Council hereby
resolves and declares by way of special order that Waterfern
(Salvinia, all species) being a plant mentioned in the First
Schedule of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, be a noxious
weed within the County of Franklin.”

Rate of Vegetables Levy Determined (No. 618 Ag. 60277)

PURSUANT to section 3 (4) of the Vegetables Levy Act
1957, as amended by section 2 of the Vegetables Levy
Amendment Act 1960, on the recommendation of the New
Zealand Vegetable and Produce Growers’ Federation Incorporated, I determine the rate of vegetables levy payable
in respect of vegetables purchased from a vegetable grower
for the purpose of processing or canning to be one half
of 1 percent of the price at which the vegetables are
purchased.

Approval of Seat Belts for Motor Vehicles

PURSUANT to regulation 49 (1) of the Traffic Regulations

regulation 51B (1) of the said regulations.
