IN the matter of GLENAVON FOODCENTRE (1969) LTD. (creditors’ voluntary winding up):

TAKE notice that a meeting of the creditors of Glenavon Foodcentre (1969) Ltd. will, in pursuance of section 284 of the above Act, be held at the offices of Messrs Watts, Wilton, Okey, and Co., Chartered Accountants, 77 Devon Street West, New Plymouth, on the 7th day of December 1973, at 11.00 a.m. in the forenoon, for the purposes set out in sections 284, 285, and 286 of the above Act.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.

The proxy form, when signed, must be lodged not later than 12 o’clock noon on the 6th day of December 1973 at the address set out above.
