who, by reason of any conviction, comes within the scope
of these rules should have relief from the effect thereof,
may grant exemption to any such person.

  1. All regulations previously made under section 33 of the
    Gaming Act 1908 by any such racing club registered as
    aforesaid shall be deemed to have been revoked at midnight
    on the day on which these rules are published in the said
    Gazette and shall thereafter have no effect.

The foregoing rules are hereby approved.

The Palmerston North Kindergarten Training Centre Notice
1973

PURSUANT to regulations 16A of the Kindergarten Regulations
1959, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.


NOTICE

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Palmerston North
    Kindergarten Training Centre Notice 1973.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day
    of December 1973.

  2. There shall be a Regional Council of Management to
    exercise control over the Palmerston North Kindergarten
    Training Centre for a period of 3 years from the coming
    into force of this notice.

  3. The Manawatu Free Kindergarten Association shall not
    exercise any control over the Palmerston North Kindergarten
    Training Centre during the aforesaid period of 3 years
    from the coming into force of this notice.

PURSUANT to rule 11 (2) of the Magistrates’ Courts Rules
1948, the Minister of Justice has approved that the hours
of attendance at the Cambridge Court be from 10.00 a.m.
to 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on each Tuesday,
and from 9.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
on one Friday in each month when the Court sits.
