PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of November 1972 and published in Gazette, No. 97, 23 November 1972, at page 2632, taking land for road in Block I, Tokata Survey District, Opotiki County, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
