Land Acquisition and Society Cancellations




the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a
road and the road described in the Second Schedule hereto
is required to be stopped. And notice is hereby further
given that the plans of the lands so required to be taken
and of the portions of road required to be stopped are
deposited at the offices of the Waikato County Council,
Grey Street, Hamilton East, and there open for inspection;
all persons affected by the execution of the said public work,
or by the taking of the said land, or by the stopping of
the said road should, if they have any objections to the
execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the
said land, or to the stopping of the said road, not being
objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set
forth the same in writing and send the written objection
within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to
the office of the council; and if any objection is made in
accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection
will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $12 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
