Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives
the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(Waimea County) Notice No. 2, 1972. -
The Waimea County Council’s proposed classification
of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
approved. -
So much of the notice† dated the 13th day of August
1958 as relates to the classification of the road described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regula-
tions 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(Inglewood County) Notice No. 1, 1972. -
The Inglewood County Council’s proposed classification
of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
approved. -
So much of the notice dated the 24th day of April 1968†
as relates to the classification of the roads described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Amending Foreshore Licence Authorising Laurence Murray Fraser and Graeme Murray Fraser to Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Taieri Mouth
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer,
Harbours and Foreshores Section, Ministry of Transport,
acting under a delegation from the Minister of Transport
pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby gives
notice that the licence of 12 April 1972* authorising Laurence
Murray Fraser and Graeme Murray Fraser to use and occupy
a part of the foreshore and bed of the Taieri River at
Taieri Mouth as a site for a slipway is hereby amended by
deleting the symbol “M.D. 10257” and substituting the
symbol “M.D. 14770”.
