This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1972, No. 83.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Maori Land Development Notice
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1972, No. 7.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Setting Apart Maori Land as a Maori Reservation
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated 2 June 1954 and published in Gazette, 10 June 1954, No. 36, p. 978, the land described in the First Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation; and whereas it is now desired to extend the reservation to contain adjoining land as recommended by the Maori Land Court and also to show the new appellation of the reserve:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, notice is hereby given as follows.
NOTICES

The reservation constituted by Order in Council dated 2 June 1954 and published in Gazette, 10 June 1954, No. 36, p. 978, relating to the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby cancelled.

The whole of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Tirarau and of the Maoris living in Mareikura generally.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block IV, Maungaru Survey District, and described as follows:

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a cemetery for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of the locality.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block XVI of the Purua Survey District and described as follows:

0 2 7.8 Toetoe No. 6 Block (Matururoimata Cemetery) as created by a partition order of the Maori Land Court dated the 22nd day of November 1971, and as delineated by Survey Plan ML 14854.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Lands as Maori Reservations
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as Maori reservations for the purpose of burial grounds for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the three hapus, Te Uriohua, Takutoke, and Ngatikura.
