at the point where the south-western boundary of Otahuhu
Borough meets the north-western boundary of Papatoetoe
City; thence south-westerly generally along the north-western
boundary of Papatoetoe City and along the south-eastern side
of Portage Road to a point opposite the south-western side
of Henwood Road where it meets Portage Road; thence across
Portage Road at right angles from its southern side to its
northern side; thence north-westerly generally by a right line
across the end of Richard Avenue to the south-eastern side
of Pukaki Road; thence north-easterly generally along the
south-eastern side of Pukaki Road to the southern side
of the No. 20 State Highway (Onehunga-Redoubt Road);
thence westerly generally by a right line across Pukaki Road
to a point on the south-eastern side of Westney Road,
26 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said
roadside from the No. 20 State Highway (Onehunga-Redoubt
Road); thence across Westney Road at right angles from its
south-eastern side to its north-western side; thence due west

side; thence south-westerly generally by a right line to a
point on the eastern side of Kirkbride Road; thence north-
westerly generally along the said roadside, across Mountain
Road, to the eastern side of Wallace Road; thence northerly
generally along the eastern side of Wallace Road; thence
northerly generally along the eastern side of Wallace Road
to the southern side of Pikitea Road; thence across Wallace

All that area at Manurewa bounded by a line commencing
at a point on the south-western side of the No. 1 State High-
way (Awanui-Bluff) beneath the Orams Road overbridge;
thence southerly generally along the said side of the No. 1
State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to the north-eastern side of
the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence south-westerly
generally by a right line across the said railway to a point on
the eastern side of the Great South Road, 16 chains measured
south-easterly generally along the said roadside from the
southern bank of the Papakura Stream; thence across the
Great South Road at right angles from its eastern side to its
western side; thence north-westerly generally along the western
side of the Great South Road to the northern bank of the
Papakura Stream; thence south-westerly generally along that
bank of the said stream to a point due east of the southern
end of Coxheads Road; thence north-westerly generally along
the western side of Coxheads Road to the northern side of
Wattle Farm Road; thence along the northern side of Wattle

At Maraetai:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on
the south-western side of Maraetai Coast Road, 90 chains
measured south-easterly generally along the said road from
Rewa Road; thence across Maraetai Coast Road at right
angles from its south-western side to its north-eastern side;
thence due north by a right line to the shore of the Hauraki
Gulf; thence north-westerly and westerly generally along the
said shore line to a point due north of the end of Summer
Side Road; thence due south by a right line to the end of
Summer Side Road; thence southerly generally along the south-
western side of Summer Side Road to the north-western side
of Maraetai Drive; thence south-westerly generally along the
said side of Maraetai Drive to a point 2 chains measured
south-westerly generally along Maraetai Drive at right angles
from its north-western side to its south-eastern side; thence
south-westerly generally along the said roadside to the southern
side of Maraetai School Road; thence easterly generally by a
right line to the southern end of Rewa Road; thence
easterly generally by a right line to the commencing point.
At Otara:
All that area at Otara, with the exception of the No. 1
State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) Auckland-Hamilton Motor-
way, bounded by a line commencing at a point where the
northern boundary of Papatoetoe City joins the bank of the
Otaki Creek, thence north-easterly and easterly generally along
the banks of the Otaki Creek, the Tamaki River, and the
Otara Creek, and the northern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P.
13917, to the western side of Springs Road; thence south-
westerly generally along the roadside and the western side
of East Tamaki Road to a point 4 chains measured northerly
generally along the said roadside from Prestons Road; thence
across East Tamaki Road at right angles from its western
side to its eastern side; thence southerly generally along the
eastern side of East Tamaki Road to Prestons Road; thence
southerly generally along the eastern side of Prestons Road
to the northern side of Ross Road; thence along the said
northern side of Ross Road to a point 15 chains measured
easterly generally along the said roadside from Prestons Road;
thence across Ross Road at right angles from its northern side

Adjacent to Papatoetoe City:
No. 20 State Highway (Onehunga-Redoubt Road) (from the
southern boundary of Papatoetoe City to a point 9 chains
measured southerly generally along the said State highway
from the said boundary).
At Pakuranga:
All that area with the exception of F. Roberts Road bounded
by a line commencing at the south-western side of Pakuranga
Road at the south-eastern end of the Panmure Bridge; thence
southerly generally along the eastern bank of the Tamaki
