The Standards Act 1965—Draft Amendments to the New Zealand Standard Model Building Bylaw Available for Comment
PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft amendments to NZS 1900, Model building bylaw, are being circulated:

DZ 1900.6.1/315 Timber buildings not requiring specific design.
DZ 1900.6.2/316 Masonry buildings not requiring specific design.
DZ 1900.9.1/317 Timber design and construction.
DZ 1900.9.2/318 Masonry design and construction.
DZ 1900.9.3A/319 Concrete design and construction—general requirements and materials and workmanship.
DZ 1900.9.4/320 Steel design and construction.
DZ 1900.10/321 Non-structural external wallings.
DZ 1900.11.1/322 Concrete structures for the storage of liquids.
NOTE—These amendments, when issued, will merely update references to some of the related documents that are cited in the various chapters of the model building bylaw. They will contain no other changes.
All persons who may be affected by these amendments and who desire to comment thereon, may, upon application, obtain copies on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, World Trade Center, 15–23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington.
The closing date for the receipt of comment is 15 December 1972.
