Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 33) 1972
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 33) 1972.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff Heading in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of goods of the class set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, is hereby withdrawn.

Declaring Land in the Nelson Land District to be Crown Land and Subject to the Lands Act 1948
Pursuant to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SECTION 81, Town of Millerton, situated in Block VI, Ngakawau Survey District.
All certificate of title, Volume ID, folio 353 (Residence Site Licence 5651, Westport Registry), 31.8 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 5456L).
Lot 2 of Section 6, Block VI, Ngakawau Survey District, 34.8 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 8162).
Save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals or metals and reserving to Her Majesty and all persons legally entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals, a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.

North Auckland Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Licence 1972
Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licenses the North Auckland Electric Power Board, subject to the following conditions, to supply electricity to the public within the area described in the First Schedule hereto, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Second Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
(1) The conditions directed by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 to be implied in every licence to erect electric lines shall be deemed to be incorporated in and to form part of this licence as if it were solely a licence to erect electric lines.
(2) This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations, as if it were a licence under the Public Works Act 1928 to erect electric lines, as well as a licence under the Electricity Act 1968.
(3) The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (h) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967.
(4) This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force for a period of 21 years from the 3rd day of December 1972.
(5) This licence shall come into force on the 3rd day of December 1972.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC LINES AUTHORISED
(1) Electric lines for the transmission only of electrical energy through the area of supply of the Whangarei City Council, and to give a bulk supply of electrical energy to the Whangarei City Council, along a route commencing at the reserve at the rear of the Otangarei State housing area, and proceeding thence generally along the Otangarei Stream to a point adjacent to Waiatawa Road; thence south-westerly via Mains Avenue, Lupton Avenue, Rust Avenue, and Porowini Avenue; thence in a southerly direction to the boundary of the area of supply of the Whangarei City Council; as the said lines are shown by means of a blue line on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 713 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
(2) Electric lines for the transmission only of electrical energy through the area of supply of the Whangarei City Council commencing in the vicinity of the Whau Valley Pumping Station, crossing Whau Valley Road in a southerly direction, and also running in a westerly direction along the said Whau Valley Road to the boundary of Whangarei City; as the said lines are shown by means of blue lines on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 627 deposited as aforesaid.
