Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken in Block V, Awhitu Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the road first, secondly, and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in John Scott Morel Massey, of Pollok, farmer, and Margaret Joan Massey, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage A158270 and A603238, North Auckland Land Registry, also hereby declares that the road fourthly, fifthly, and sixthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Malcolm Hugh Robson, of Pollok, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage A166569, North Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby declares that the road seventhly and eighthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in John Leonard Cooper, of Pollok, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 444648 and A537121, North Auckland Land Registry; and also hereby declares that the land first described in the Third Schedule hereto shall when so taken vest in John Scott Morel Massey, of Pollok, farmer, and Margaret Joan Massey, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage A158270 and A603238, North Auckland Land Registry.
