Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of September 1972 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 14 September 1972, No. 75, p. 1949, proclaiming land as road in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County, by deleting therefrom the phrase "the plan marked M.O.W. 26565 (S.O. 47351)" appearing in the Schedule to the said notice and substituting therefore the phrase "the plan marked M.O.W. 26565 (S.O. 47315)".
