The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3, 1972

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3, 1972.

  2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

  3. So much of the notice dated the 8th day of June 1965† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

ROADS CLASSIFIED IN CLASS ONE

No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-Wellsford) (from Hobsonville Road Junction to east abutment of the Taiapa Bridge).

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto is subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1972, No. 6.

  2. The land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1972, No. 46.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatitorohina subtribe of Ngatiwhatua and Ngapuhi.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VI of the Kaihu Survey District and described as follows:

I hereby give notice that the provisions of section 37A of the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1951 shall apply to the Registry Office at Hawera.
