NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP PORTIONS OF ROAD
(J/15/199: Block VI, Otanewainuku Survey District)

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto are required to be stopped. And further notice is hereby given that a plan of the portion of road required to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection, that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the stopping of the said portions of road, should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the council meeting at which the hearing will be held.

NEW PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
LAND REQUIRED FOR SERVICE LANE

IN the matter of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928:

Public notice is hereby given that the New Plymouth City Council proposes to provide land for the purposes of a service lane and for such purposes requires to take, in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, all those pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto, such pieces of land being shown on the plan deposited at the office of the said Council situated in Liardet Street, New Plymouth, and there open for inspection at all reasonable hours.

Every person affected is required to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) and to send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of the notice to the said Council at its said office. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time date and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Featherston Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, sewage treatment works in the form of oxidation ponds with incidental plant, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Featherston Borough Council at Fox Street, Featherston, and is there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Featherston Borough Council, P.O. Box 17, Featherston. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, situated in the Featherston County and being that part of Section 258, Featherston Suburban, bounded towards the north by Section 330, Featherston Suburban, towards the east by another part of the said Section 258, towards the south by another part of the said Section 258 and towards the west by an unnamed road connecting with Waite Street and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 21, folio 2 (Wellington Registry).
