AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

Notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area proclaimed under Part II, Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, and for the purpose of such public work the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands in respect of which the interests referred to above are so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Planning Department, Auckland City Council, Civic Administration Building, Cook Street, Auckland, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Auckland City Council, Civic Administration Building, Cook Street, Auckland.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, all that piece of land containing 27 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being part of the land on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 19621, and being portion of Allotments 19 and 20 of Section 46 of the Town of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 617, folio 256, North Auckland Land Registry, being situated at and known as 42-48 Wellington Street, Auckland.

Secondly, all that piece of land containing 7.5 perches, more or less, being part of Allotments 4 and 5, Section 48, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 177, North Auckland Land Registry, being situated at and known as 1 Pratt Street, Auckland.

Thirdly, all that piece of land containing 16.5 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland being Lot 73 of a subdivision of Allotment 11 of Section 48 of the City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 567, folio 213, North Auckland Land Registry, situated at 53 Collingwood Street, Auckland, limited as to parcels.

Fourthly, all that piece of land containing 27.2 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being part of Allotment 7 of Section 48 of the City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 597, folio 84, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels, being situated at 58 Anglesea Street, Auckland.

Fifthly, all that piece of land containing 15.8 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being part of Allotment 6 of Section 48 of the City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 597, folio 89, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels, situated at 2 Pratt Street, Auckland.

Sixthly, all that piece of land containing 14.5 perches, more or less, being Lot 10 and part 11 of resubdivision of Lots 13, 14, and 15 of subdivision of Allotments 2, 3, and others of Section 48 of the City of Auckland in the Provincial District of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 58, folio 94, North Auckland Land Registry, situated at 3 Pratt Street, Auckland.

Seventhly, all that piece of land containing 13.2 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland being part of Allotment 3 of Section 48 of the City of Auckland and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 597, folio 197, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels and situated at 56 Hepburn Street, Auckland.

Eighthly, all that piece of land containing 37 perches, more or less, being parts Allotments 15, 16, and 17, Section 46, Town of Auckland and being all the land comprised in certificates of title, No. 4D/1256 and 4D/1257, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels and situated at 28-32 Hayden Street, Auckland.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken for road, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Franklin County Council, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and there open for inspection; persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the office of the Council, and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time of the hearing.

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

Notice is hereby given that the Matamata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road and to take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road. And notice is hereby further given that plans showing the land proposed to be taken are deposited in the public office of Matamata County Council at Tirau and are there open for inspection. All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any objections thereto (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) should state their objections in writing and lodge the same at the office of the Matamata County Council on or before the 19th day of December 1972. If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
