The Traffic (Bluff Borough) Notice No. 1, 1972

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bluff Borough) Notice No. 1, 1972.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. So much of the notice under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 10th day of November 1937, which relates to the former Invercargill-Bluff Main Highway No. 101, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Bluff Borough:

State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff) from a point 6 chains measured generally westerly along the said State Highway from McGorlick Street to the western boundary of Gore Borough.

Declaring Additional Land at Te Rapa Taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Cardrona Pest Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Cardrona Pest Destruction Board and revokes the reservation as a site for Pest Destruction Board buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Changing the Name of a Scenic Reserve and Naming of Scenic Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the name of the scenic reserve described in the First Schedule hereto from Whangarei Scenic Reserve to form part of the Coronation Scenic Reserve and further declares the scenic reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto to form part of the Coronation Scenic Reserve.

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Eskdale Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Eskdale Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
